BNP Paribas appoints Global Head of Credit Strategy & Desk Analysts

LONDON, 16 August 2018 – BNP Paribas today announced that Viktor Hjort has been appointed Global Head of Credit Strategy & Desk Analysts, effective immediately.  Viktor will report jointly to Arne Groes, Global Head of Primary & Credit Markets and Olivia Frieser, Global Head of Research, Global Markets and will be based in London.

Viktor joins BNP Paribas from Brevan Howard, where he served as Chief Global Credit Strategist. Previously he spent 15 years covering credit strategy at Morgan Stanley, initially based in London before serving as Head of Asia Fixed Income Research & Credit Strategy in Hong Kong.
