The purpose of these terms and conditions (hereinafter the “Terms and Conditions”) is to govern the conditions of access, use and operation of the Site (https://www.bnpparibas.co.uk/) by any user accessing it (hereinafter the “User”) to the exclusion of any other conditions except those specifically mentioned in these Terms and Conditions. The purpose of the Site is to present BNP Paribas in the UK, in particular its business lines, organisation, HR policy, job offers and results, to promote the image of the brand and to share the Group’s strategic vision, projects, values and commitments. The site is aimed at the general public, in particular candidates, decision-makers, influencers and journalists, as well as Group customers, prospects, partners and suppliers.  

In case of modification of the Terms and Conditions, BNP Paribas London Branch will indicate on the Site the date of the update of the Terms and Conditions.

ARTICLE 1            ACCESS / AVAILABILITY OF THE SITE

The User acknowledges that he/she has the necessary skills and means to access and use the Site. It is reminded that the secrecy of correspondence is not guaranteed on the Internet network and that it is up to the User to take all appropriate measures to protect his/her own data and technical environment (in particular your computers, software, network equipment and any material used to access or use the service and/or the information).

BNP Paribas London Branch declines all responsibility in case of direct or indirect damage linked to the use of the documents or information appearing on the Site. It is also reminded that the fact of fraudulently accessing or remaining in a computer system, of hindering or distorting the operation of such a system, of fraudulently introducing or modifying data in a computer system constitute offences liable to criminal sanctions.

In particular, the User may not modify, copy, reproduce, download, disseminate, transmit, commercially exploit and/or distribute in any way the content of the Site or any of its elements without the prior written authorization of BNP Paribas London Branch on a case-by-case basis.

The User undertakes not to damage or attempt to damage the Site in any way and not to use any software or any form of computer program to access or make available any protected content, to make the Site unavailable, to disassemble or decompile the Site or any part thereof, or to perform any reverse engineering operation, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.

ARTICLE 3            HYPERLINKS AND THIRD PARTY CONTENT

The hypertext links available on the Site may refer to third-party sites not published by BNP Paribas London Branch. In the absence of amicable resolution, the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute relating to these Terms and Conditions.
