London, UK- 27 October 2017 – BNP Paribas is proud to announce that Jeffrey Krogh, Managing Director, Corporate Coverage has been listed in the Financial Times Top 100 OUTstanding LGBT executives list.

The list aims to distinguish leading industry role models who champion awareness of diversity and LGBT within their companies. It is the fifth consecutive year that Jeffrey has been included in the OUTstanding leading LGBT executives list.

BNP Paribas Group CEO Jean-Laurent Bonnafé also placed 5th in the top 50 OUTstanding Ally Executives list.

Earlier this month, the bank hosted its Diversity & Inclusion Week in 14 locations.  The UK events were themed around the ‘diversity dividend’, examining the advantages and stronger business results that heterogeneous teams have over non-diverse teams. This year also marks the second anniversary of BNP Paribas’ Pride network in France.

OUTstanding is a professional membership organisation for global businesses. Their work involves coordinating with LGBT+ and ally leaders and members to encourage inclusion in the workplace, and promote mentoring and leadership development.
